Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may still return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via email and include your order number. We will always do our best to assist you.
Please note that orders placed during promotions or sale periods are processed quickly and may not always be eligible for cancellation.
If a cancellation is approved, any paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
At Waverly London, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, you may wish to return a product. This document clearly sets out our returns policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

Return costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including any international shipping charges.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on is permitted; wearing is not.

Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention to (partially) return is not permitted.
Return Process

Register your return via info@beatriceandroselondon.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

We will provide you with the returns address of our supplier (based in China).

You must send the item back entirely at your own expense, including any customs duties or postage/shipping costs.

We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
Once the item has been received at the returns address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
