At Beatrice & Rose, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you wish to return an item, please review the policy below carefully.

Conditions for returns

Returns may only be requested after the item has been received

All return costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping charges

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached

Trying on an item is permitted; wearing it beyond this is not

Items ordered in multiple sizes with the intention to partially or fully return are not eligible for return

Return process

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item by contacting

After approval, we will provide the return address of our supplier, which is located in China
